1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
This app (Keyword Planner) transmits search keywords entered by users to the server to provide analysis results such as search volume, trends, and competition
data.
Transmitted keywords are processed as anonymous data that cannot identify individual users.
※ No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, device identifiers, etc.) is collected.
※ This app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or login functionality.
2. Retention Period of Personal Information
- Search history and bookmarks: Stored only on the user's device. Can be deleted within the app or automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled.
- Server cache: Analysis results are temporarily stored on the server for up to 24 hours before automatic expiration. Cached data does not contain any
personally identifiable information.
3. Rights of Information Subjects and How to Exercise Them
- Search history: Individual or bulk deletion available within the app
- Bookmarks: Deletion available within the app
- All data: Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on the device
※ Since no personally identifiable information is collected, there is no separate procedure for access, correction, or deletion requests.
4. Categories of Personal Information Processed
- Search keywords entered by users (for providing analysis results, anonymous data)
※ No other personally identifiable information, device identifiers, or location data is collected.
5. Destruction of Personal Information
- On-device data (search history, bookmarks): Destroyed when deleted within the app or when the app is uninstalled.
- Server cache data: Automatically expired and deleted after a maximum of 24 hours according to TTL (Time To Live) settings.
※ Since no personally identifiable information is collected, no separate destruction procedure is required.
